Meet Dr. Barbara Schwarck
Dr. Barbara Schwarck is a leader in executive coaching and the founder and CEO of Clear Intentions International (CII). With over 20 years of experience, she developed Neuro Emotional Coaching®, a transformative method combining neuroscience and coaching to help clients overcome barriers and align their intentions with their goals.
Dr. Schwarck has coached over a thousand executives, CEOs, and leaders from companies such as Amazon, Bayer, BMW, Carnegie Mellon, Heinz, Schneider Electric, and the United States Postal Service. She holds master’s degrees in Applied Psychology and Public Affairs and a Doctorate in Spiritual Science (DSS). She is also dual-certified as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the ICF and CTI.
In addition to coaching, Dr. Schwarck serves on boards, mentors entrepreneurs, and has received numerous awards, including Best Woman-Owned Global Executive Coaching Firm in 2016. She is a sought-after speaker, guest lecturer, and author of From Intuition to Entrepreneurship: A Woman’s Guide to Following Her Dream.
